Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health changes accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Transport residents to appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments per infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize resident outcomes
- Support family communication with compassion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent long-term care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent written communication skills for charting
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts
