Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and dietary intake
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while maintaining dignity
- Document patient care accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
