Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patient bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Document patient observations and care activities
- Transport patients safely within facility
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
