Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and caring CNA to provide high-quality direct patient care. Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature.
  • Provide personal care and emotional support to patients, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer patients using proper body mechanics and transfer equipment.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to patient dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Communicate changes in patient condition or concerns to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment by following proper infection control protocols.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license currently active in North Carolina.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital, or home health setting is preferred but not required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and families.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
