Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility and transferring safely to ensure their safety.
- Administer medication as prescribed by RNs and LPNs under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- CPR and BLS certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
