Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring professional to assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their health, and provide emotional support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist nurses with procedures and treatments as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA certification in the state of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
