Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status accurately
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and treatments
- Maintain clean, sterile environments following infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication abilities
