Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care assistance (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes promptly
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning using proper techniques
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations following protocols
- Create a calming atmosphere during overnight care hours
Qualifications
- Active Maryland CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper mechanics
- Strong communication and observational skills

- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to night shift availability (11PM-7AM)
