Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside care and emotional support during overnight hours
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams to implement personalized care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and respond promptly to patient requests
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain precise documentation
- Support emergency protocols with calm professionalism during critical situations
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year hospital or long-term care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Passionate about providing dignified care to diverse patient populations
