Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Assist patients with nutritional needs and meal preparation
- Support nurses in maintaining accurate patient records and care plans
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – we provide full training!
- Current Florida CNA certification or enrollment in state-approved training program
- Basic computer skills for documentation
