Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments and triage using secure telehealth platforms.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for patients in the Oklahoma City region.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment progress accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and counseling regarding medication management and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor patient vital signs and escalate critical concerns immediately.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and hospital privacy policies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care or telehealth nursing experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telemedicine software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, professional workspace.
