Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate daily care (bathing, feeding, mobility assistance)
- Monitor vital signs and report patient changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments following HIPAA standards
- Accurately document patient care and observations
- Support patients during therapeutic activities and social engagement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required - we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Commitment to 100% attendance during training
