Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Report changes in patient condition or behavior to nursing staff immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work varied shifts.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented attitude.
