Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient behavior, and health status changes
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Transport patients safely within facility and to appointments
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure personalized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – we train you!
- Current Tennessee CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Reliable transportation to various Nashville locations
