Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist registered nurses and LPNs with medical procedures and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in electronic health records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and visitors.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- Current, active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
