Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient documentation and record-keeping
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Support patients with emotional and social needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- Active Kentucky CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months hospital or long-term care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
