Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
- Assist in patient mobility, including transferring and ambulation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
- Observe patients and report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care and activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification required.
- Minimum of 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work assignments.
