Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Document patient observations accurately in medical records
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Clear TB test and health screening within last 6 months
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
- Flexibility to work day, evening, or weekend shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
