We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic CNA to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential care to patients in a residential setting, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being are always prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) accurately.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare and serve meals according to prescribed dietary plans.
- Administer medication as directed by licensed nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current and valid State of California CNA license and certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
