Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Support patients with nutritional needs including meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Active Maryland CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to various Baltimore locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
