As a night shift CNA, you'll provide compassionate care during critical overnight hours while maintaining patient safety and comfort. We value our night team with premium shift differentials and exclusive scheduling perks unavailable during daytime hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Maintain a safe, clean patient environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
