Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accurate vital signs monitoring and health documentation
- Medication administration per provider orders
- Mobility support and safe transfer techniques
- Emotional companionship and resident engagement
- Collaboration with nursing staff on care plans
- Emergency response and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Active NM Nursing Assistant Certification
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10pm-6am)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Pass background check and drug screening
