Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support medication administration under supervision
- Transport residents safely to activities and appointments
- Maintain clean, sanitized living environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to create personalized care plans
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with weekday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
