Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in electronic health records
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate companionship
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for holistic patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
