Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide assistance with mobility, including walking and transferring patients to beds or wheelchairs.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests for help.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately in electronic records.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and family members regarding patient status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs safely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-first attitude.
