Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Support patients with mobility and transferring them safely to and from beds or wheelchairs.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and nutritional needs.
- Report any changes in a patient's physical condition or behavior to the nursing staff immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain or hold a valid CNA license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move patients.
- Compassionate attitude and patience when working with vulnerable populations.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
