Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse rates.
- Assist registered nurses with medical procedures and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA Certification (STNA) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients as required by safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory.
