Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications
- CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift patients.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for travel shifts).
