Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility issues, including transferring and walking safely.
- Feed and hydrate patients according to dietary restrictions.
- Observe patient behavior and report changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior CNA experience required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
