Key Responsibilities
As a CNA, your daily duties will include:
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients to prevent infections.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Documenting patient care plans and updating medical records accurately.
- Communicating effectively with the nursing staff regarding patient changes or concerns.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold a valid and current Oregon CNA Certification.
- Possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required.

- Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
