Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls.
- Document patient care activities and changes in patient condition accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient needs.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We provide full training for the right candidate.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification within probationary period.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
