Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and family members regarding patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic patient environment.
- Document care plans and observations in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota CNA License (or eligible to obtain state licensure).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
