Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility standards and nursing protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychological, and social evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments accurately, and document all interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations, demonstrating clinical proficiency.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (Travel nursing experience a plus).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
