Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate remote patient care and monitor health status via telehealth platforms.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene routines.
- Record and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient updates accurately.
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and family members.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment in line with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous healthcare experience is not required; we welcome first-time applicants.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use video conferencing tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
