Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions throughout the night shift.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment.
- Respond promptly to emergent medical situations and alarms.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or critical care setting.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
