Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and logs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current CNA license in the state of Kansas required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for patient advocacy.
