Responsibilities
- Monitor Patient Health: Observe and record patient status and reactions to treatment.
- Assist with Daily Living: Help patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Comfort & Support: Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Communication: Relay important information to nurses and physicians regarding patient conditions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certification: Current CNA certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
