Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility as required.
- Document patient conditions and care plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and patients' families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for all patients.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and requests for assistance.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and/or ACLS certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
