Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
- Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and family members.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA or LPN license required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
