Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care plans and update medical records accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and physicians regarding patient changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Ohio CNA license (State Tested Nurse Aide).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPR certification required.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
