Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, accurately and timely.
  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity and respect.
  • Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship to patients during the night shift.
  • Administer medication as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Qualifications

  • Current, active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado (CNA1/CNA2 required).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
