Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately in our remote EMR system
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff via telehealth platforms for care coordination
- Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients during overnight hours
- Participate in remote team huddles and shift handovers via video conferencing
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Proficient with electronic health records (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
