Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and medical equipment operations
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team for seamless patient care
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and infection control standards
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Support end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or hospital experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Availability for night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
