We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our elite night shift team in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, and report any abnormalities to the RN immediately.
- Ensure patient safety by maintaining a clean environment and responding promptly to call lights.
- Assist with mobilization and ambulation as needed to prevent falls.
- Document patient care activities and intake/output accurately in the EMR system.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Current, active Texas CNA License.
- CPR and BLS Certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
