Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior CNA experience necessary
- Current CNA certification (or willingness to obtain through our paid training program)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided if not certified)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
