Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in hospital/skilled nursing settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations following protocols
Qualifications
- Active PA nursing license (RN/LPN) or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (7PM-7AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
