Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
- Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) accurately
- Support patients with daily activities and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and document care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly to nursing staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- Current California CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Basic computer skills for documentation
