Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Support residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Assist with meal service and monitor food intake
- Document resident observations and care provided accurately
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and comfort
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior CNA experience necessary – we provide training!
- Current Ohio CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
