Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Provide basic wound care and infection control protocols
- Support nursing staff with patient transportation and room preparation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
- Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain during orientation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check and drug screening required
