Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Maintain accurate resident care documentation and medical records
- Support social activities and promote resident independence

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior CNA experience necessary (training provided)
